Anaheim Chili Pepper Seeds
Anaheim Chilies are prolific bearers, of long thin fruits about 6 inches long. Mildly hot, people use them in roasting, stuffing, stews, sauces, or raw. Plants grow 20-30 inches, and fruit late in the season. The name Anaheim is said to have come about when a farmer, brought Hatch chile pepper seeds to the Anaheim, California area in the early 1900's, and bred them to be milder than the original Hatch chile.
